factory produces PU soft foam –sponge, one of the basic raw materials
in upholstered sets production. It is equipped with modern high-automatic
machines and modern technology, so called vertical process, using
of which the percentage of waste is minimal. PU soft foam block,
produced by this type of technology does not have “peel” which is
characteristic of block, produced by conventional –horizontal process.
PU foam density is better equalized within the block and error possibilities
or waste are reduced to the minimum. SIMPO-PEN has capacities of
5.000 tons of soft polyurethane per year. Its technology is entirely
environment- friendly.
